Electrofusion unit Kell-3000 is designed for welding gas and water PE pipes with electrofusion fittings.
Kell-3000 has a single housing which includes a microprocessor control unit, an electronic power unit and a reducing transfomer. The device is mobile, it is easy to carry with the handle on the housing cover. It connects to any outlet with 230 V AC, 45-65 Hz or generator.
Kell-3000 can weld fittings of different manufacturers from 16 to 1200 mm with fusion voltage 8-48 V.
The unit is equipped with a scanner to read the bar code on the fittings, which eliminates the possibility of incorrect data entry by operator. If necessary, it allows the use of manual input.
Kell-3000 stores information about the fusion parameters of each welded joint, as well as data about the building site, operator and additional information. This data can be printed or transferred to a PC using a USB flash drive. The machine uses the principle of dialogue with the operator, in which the operator controls the passage of the fusion cycle stages with appropriate messages on the LCD display.
